if anyone had a herniated disc like I had, you can solve it by grabbing a pull-up and holding some moderate weights on your feet and that will cause a decompression of the disc and solve the problem, it will like suck the disc back into place. it solved my 5 year hernia problem without surgery.

Wow I don't have a herniated disc but I do love how my back feels after the pull-up bar!
