You are Not Drinking Enough WATER

Your actions express Priority; what is your first morning discipline you need to turn into habit? Your mouth entries; also what you speak, but lets focus on the feeding decisions we all need to develop.

More than 80% of people in the world are dehydrated. Even if you do sports and are in good shape, not all the time you are in optimal state of hydratation.

A piece of advice:

First in the morning , water
You can add lemon and honey for more fractal superfood charge up!

Last thing to do before bed... go piss... before that drink 1 glass of water.

Just remember that the opposition in the nutritional culutre is strong, but you are stronger.
If you eat the fast "food", you dont digest or absorb any nutrition within that piece of sh-*#t!   The only thing that happens is that a Parasite is dead inside your body; only detox will take the different plastic-like, rubber-like food, corportism and medicine industry love to deliver.
