Led by the Tiger Forces, the Syrian Arab Army began their assault this evening by storming the militant-held town of Zakah, which is located near the recently captured hilltop of Tal Malah. With the capture of Tal Malah on Sunday, the Syrian Arab Army was able to open the main road linking Mhardeh and Sqaylabiyeh. Below is a video from the Sputnik News Agency that shows the Syrian Arab Army on this roadway after expelling the jihadist rebels from the area:

Russian jets intercept 'enemy' targets in Armenia drills

"In the framework of bilateral tactical drills at the Kakhmud and Alagyaz training ranges, pilots of MiG-29 fighter jets from the Russian military base in Erebuni stationed in Armenia, have intercepted 'enemy' targets in the air," the press service said. The following day, the Syrian Army began combing through the retaken areas, discovering several destroyed vehicles and many dead militants from Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham and Jaysh Al-Izza. As shown in the images below, the jihadist forces lost a great deal of equipment as a result of this battle:
