STEEM ENGAGEMENT CHALLENGE-S7/W5||MY WAY TO STAY BALANCED DURING THE TIME of STRESS||@amnafaraz2005

Assalam Alaikum friends I am fine by the grace of almighty Allah and hope that you all are also fine.


The fifth week of steemit engagement challenge is started so I am here with my participation post in the contest my way to stay balanced during the time of stress.

A person's emotional and physical response to the pressure and demands of daily routine is known as stress.Stress is very common and part of life.Crying on little things,Anger, loneliness, Feeling helpless, Difficulty in eating and sleeping, losing interest in daily chores, fatigue are the symptoms of stress.Stress can cause heart diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, digestive issues and many more health diseases.


WHAT I DO TO STAY BALANCED IN TIME OF STRESS?

My way to stay balanced in time of stress is I get engage in self relaxation, spend more time with my loved ones, laugh more,go for a walk,do exercise, listen music,read my favorite book,eat good food.


3 MAIN CAUSES OF STRESS:

1.THE DEATH OF THE LOVED ONES:

The death of a person you love can affect your mind and body both.During grief, you are surrounded by thoughts, memories, images and vedios of your loved one.You face difficulty accepting the truth of the loss.

2.FINANCIAL PROBLEMS:

Financial problem is the number 1 cause of the stress.Financial problem can affect your physical and mental health.A person who is financially weak feels fear, ashamed, tensed and he opt illegal lifestyle such as smoking,drugs and drinks alcohol which is very harmful for health.Financial problems can lead to self-harm and thoughts of suicide.

3.UNEMPLOYMENT:

The loss of a job can be most stressful cause that a person may experience.A job provides not only salary.A job also provides stability,self identity,self-confidence and respect.An unemployed person is like to provoke feelings of stress.


We should take this problem seriously because stress can also contribute to physical illness like cardiovascular diseases.Stress is fatal for many people.Being under heavy stress shortens the life.We can beat stress by eating a healthy diet, Avoid unhealthy habits, connect with others,try yoga,keep a journal, exercise daily and etc.

What a great post @amnafaraz2005! It's always important to remember to take care of ourselves and our mental health, especially during times of stress. I totally agree that self relaxation, spending time with loved ones and exercising are important ways to manage stress. Your tips are so helpful and remind us all that we need to take breaks in order to stay balanced.
