Old Architectural areas are engineering left by our elders for us, it is also preserved for us so that we can learn from it that how beautiful our former King's era was. So today I am going to upload photos of one of the renown place.

LAHORE FORT

Lahore fort is located in Lahore city, it was built in 1180, which was first made with mud brick and later in 1566, Mughal Emperor Akbar rebuilt it with burned brick and made it to appear white in color.

  • Emperor Akbar is considered the greatest Mughal emperor, he was have greater respect in both Muslim and Hindu people. Akbar the great, ruled a vast area than the other Mughal Emperors and he India for greater time than other rulers. He also lived in this fort, called Lahore Fort right now.

I explored this place with my friends, we made a plan of the trip, we went to this place. My friends were making their own photos but I decided to capture the fort. The weather was very disturbing that day which made it difficult for me to take more and clear photos. It was a wind storm and the sand particles were flying in the air and every place become dusty. The advantage was that the place become cool and the sun was gone, at first it was very hot day but when the storm came the weather became satisfying.

  • At front of the fort, there is tomb of Allama Iqbal or Mohammad Iqbal who was the planner of Pakistan country. Beside it the entrance of Badshahi Mosque can be seen, which was built in the era of Aurangzeb. Allama Iqbal is our national poet, he was also the member of Muslim League Party before partition.

It was a great trip and we enjoyed it. Moreover, I look for the history for the place, before I did not know anything about the place. But, when I started capturing photos for steemit post then I search for the history behind these place. Inshallah in near future, I will upload more photos and explore new places in Pakistan, and if my fortune become more better then I will travel to other countries to explore it.
