You have to know one thing about traveling and visiting countries and cities all around the world, never be surprised what the journey will bring, what will you see, and the feelings that will be awakened in you, when you are visiting.
Tampa is wonderful, exciting, but besides all that, the most amazing thing is that the city loves cats!
If you love animals, but specifically cats, you have to visit the Big Cat Rescue. It is an animal sanctuary, and it is located in Tampa. It is all about rescuing and housing exotic felines, rehabilitating injured or orphaned native cat.
They are ending the private trade and ownership of exotic cats over educational outreach and legislation.
This beautiful place is home to 19 big cats and 67 small cats. This place has sheltered binturongs, bobcats, caracals, civets, cougars, Geoffrey’s cats, leopards, lions, lynxes, jaguars, ocelots, sand cats, servals, and tigers.
Isn’t this amazing? How beautiful it is to visit a place that helps and rescues cats and gives them a home. It really is a special place, and you must visit it.
They have a lot of visitors, people are very excited to visit the Big Cat Rescue and admire the work that they have done since 1992, and they are the only large sanctuary (only one) in the world whose work is dedicated entirely to abused and abandoned big cats.
