DEMON WITHIN:EPISODE 1

A friendly foe
I am very much familiar with,
She lurks in the deepest part of my mind
With a mysterious question as to why?
Of unending thoughts.

All day,
I could smell her beautiful sober scent
That fill empty rooms
And keep souls awake at night

If only one could escape
This unending torment
But I am fast becoming one with her
And when all hope seems lost

I get pulled out
And shown a world too good to be true
A world filled with bright colours of rainbows
Milk and honey flows underneath me
As I lie, worryless!

Happy to be discovered
And freed, free of questions
Wanting it true
But as wondrous as the new self

I know she lucks
Waiting prudently
For she knows I would be back
With unending thought
