Schedule of posting.
Hi guys,
This is going to be a quick little post about the schedule I have in mind for this blog.
So without furthur adeau here it's.
Only DBZ fans will get this joke. So if you're interested in knowing about this joke then this is what you should be watching 😎.
Alright. Now back to the topic at hand.
This is what I have in mind.
Monday:- Motivation. Why? Because after a " Sunday " you need it. Lol.
Tuesday:- Workout. Now that you're motivated you should begin training.
Wednesday:- Nutrition. After all that training you need to eat properly to see results.
Thursday:- Tips. General tips that can help you improve in terms of physical and mental fitness.
Friday, Saturday:- Workout. Let's not slack. Push it, push it, push it, go go go.
Sunday:- Rest. Because after a fantastic week behind you lovely peeps deserve to rest.
So that's it for this post everyone.
