Peaceful Sundays
Hi guys,
Welcome to back to another episode of #Peaceful Sundays.
You could opt to do these things for today i.e. just enjoy something else i.e. eat anything you want, drink cold drinks, milkshakes, smoothies, etc, watch movies, play videogames, etc, etc, etc.
Just rest the entire day or attend to some other commitments but don't and that's a DON'T train/workout today unless you didn't workout the entire week and are planning to begin today. Then in that case get your buttocks to the gym, ground or just workout at home. No excuses because I've covered a lot of ways to workout for cheap both indoors and outdoors.
So either rest or train depending on what you did during the rest of the week.
