I agree with you. In fact Mr. Vijay Mallya was just seen in a cricket match between India and Australia. Crowd was chanting Mallya chor hai. He left India, not paying his debt to the Indian public and is enjoying nice life in UK. Hopefully Indian government will able to bring him back to face justice.
