Quote - Never deprive someone of hope; it might be all they have.

in #hope3 years ago

Once again I am sharing a quote of the day that I do not necessarily agree with. Today, I found a quote that says: "Never deprive someone of hope; it might be all they have."

The first thing that comes to my mind is X-Factor. This is the popular TV show in which fantastic singers and terrible singers come to join, all hoping that they will find the grand prize and turn into stars. It is interesting to see how every year there are signers coming who have no talent at all and with terrible voices. What is the task of the jury on such occasions?

The person might have a hope inside (because they do not see that it is impossible), but someone on the outside might see that there is no hope for that person when it comes to that.

Is it wrong to deprive someone of hope if they have no talent at all, but believe they do? Or are you doing them a favor by telling them that they have no talent and that they should do something else?

Never deprive someone of hope; it might be all they have.

Of course, there is something about hope that you shouldn't be allowed to take away. You are never to limit another person by telling them what they can and can't do. Often people who try to limit you do so because they are envious that you try to do something and that you might achieve something that they are unable to get themselves. That is why they try to steal your dream, so that you will remain at status quo as well.

You should never allow anyone like that to steal your dream or deprive hope!

Have your hope in the right place

I believe it is important to have your hope in the right place. If you trust and hope in God, your hope will remain steadfast, no matter what. Things might come at you, and you might be talented or not talented, but you have a firm foundation and hope in something that doesn't change.

That is the best hope there is!
