How To Make A Breakfast Crepe
I had the opportunity to visit a Farmers Market recently. It was early in the morning and I had not had breakfast. I saw the Creperie stand and decided to see what they had to offer. I was not in the mood for fruity or sweet (yes, they had Nutella), savory sounded like a good option. I took pictures of the process to share.
I ordered a turkey ham with swiss, sprouts, spinach and a little garlic dressing. The way the cook handled the crepe batter was magical as she deftly spread it over the hot flat iron in a thin layer and then at just the right moment of doneness flipped it over without tearing the delicate round.
The final product was crispy on the outside, while hot and melty in the middle. The crepe was the perfect size to share and made for a lovely start to the morning.

Mmmm how delicious that breakfast is, besides that it is very healthy since it has turkey ham and spinach, perfect for a light breakfast and full of good benefits for our body, part also a healthy breakfast brings much energy to eat it In the morning it is perfect because it gives us energy for the rest of the day and start the morning well. Here in Venezuela we call them pancakes and they are usually eaten with butter and white cheese, as well as with nutella, honey and ham, but with cheese and butter they are the most traditional and ami I love them personally. Hello friend, in Venezuela we say pancakes, mostly filled with cheese and butter or ham and cheese, yours looks delicious with vegetables, taste the nutella? to me too but in my country you can not buy it is very expensive
Looks delicious. I also prefer to eat salty Crepes when I order it outside. Jam and Nutella are for my homemade Crepe :)
