Club 5050|The Diary Game| 06-14-2022: An eventful Monday

Hello Steemians, trust we are all doing great snd started the week well. For those whose week only began today, after yesterday's ghost town, hope you started on a good footing. My day yesterday was quite interesting. Strangely because it was a Monday and Mondays are hardly interesting for me in this part of town.

     I work up as early as 6am, quickly did the dishes and put my laundry together. By 8:30am I ironed my clothes, took my bath and left home for the CRTV radio station. I was called by this CRTV journalist who once listened to my radio presentation on Menstruation during the International Menstruation Day and took my number. She was interested on the work our organization is doing on the field and wanted to interview me on her radio program. I was excited to go again and talk about my experiences on the field and educate more girls on menstrual hygiene.

I got to the station 5mins before 9p.m and was congratulated by the journalist who had been impatiently waiting and hoping I come. She equally had the delegate of women's employment and family on the program and it was amazing hearing her talk so passionately on the topic. By 10:15, we rounded off with the program and I left for home. I walked a little, taking pictures and just enjoying the view of that part of town. It's so beautiful up there.
Finally got a taxi, arrived home at about 10:59am, changed and went straight to do my laundry. Cleaned up my stuff, had lunch and started getting my things ready to move to my new place. By 4:50pm, I was still packing and already exhausted. Ended up not moving out. Just got too tired to move and slept on the carpet. The whole place was full of clothes and boxes.

Got so tired I forgot to have supper. It was quite an interesting Day for a Monday. If only I had such activities every Monday. Didn't sleep much though, had to be up early to send a report of the program to my boss, and get ready for work.
