When Strength Is Your Only Option

I thought that this message would be very fitting for Memorial Day, here in the States. Even though it is not dedicated to Memorial Day, I wanted to share a quote that is very close and important to me "You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have." Most of the time on social media we see only the highlights of peoples lives but we all know that the reality we all go though hard times.
The truth is, as humans we are faced with some really difficult times or traumatizing circumstances and feel overwhelmed and defeated...but when we are faced with these challenges we don't even realize how strong we really are until we see that strength is our only option. I also feel like times like these in life... can help serve to define us ourselves as a person, fighting through it is the only option. Curling up in a ball and hiding from reality can only work for so long...I know that some circumstances in life require time to heal but I want to encourage people to fight through the hard times in life.

Lately with the crypto markets doing so poorly I feel like strength is the only option! STEEM and SBD have been suffering over the past few weeks since BTC has been stagnating.

I understand your use of term "fight" as "stand up for yourself and do not allow people walking over you". Two things help me everyday. When I am at work and I see life or death situations and when I look where I came from and the circumstances I had to overcome to be in America.
The only person that will fight for you is yourself. Do not expect others to do it. A very empowering quote to start the day.
