Fitness Journal - Week 3.2

Just a short update today (it's been a busy week).

My mind is fighting with me to work-out this week. It's conveniently choosing to forget the plan and before I know it, the day is gone.

Not so, this morning... well, it did try but I managed to nip it in the bud and get it done.

While I was listening to a podcast, I walked out to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee around 11.30 AM and since my daughter leaves her protein powder on the kitchen bench so my gaze was immediately drawn to the container reminding me of my schedule.

Now that I've completed the sets, I feel far more motivated to take on the rest of the day but unfortunately, that now means I need to go and tackle the laundry chores. Ho hum...

Fitness Journal:

THURSDAY - ABS

  • Basic Crunch - (15 reps, 3 sets)
  • Oblique Crunch - (15 reps per side, 3 sets)
  • Straight Leg Reach - (15 reps, 3 sets)
  • In Out Crunch - (15 reps, 3 sets)
  • Plank 30 sec with Shoulder Taps - (15 reps, 3 sets)
