Our bodies lose 4 liters per day, especially when we are engaged in a hot environment. The flow of water inside and outside the cell produces energy. This energy is stored in the body along with other chemical energy sources, so the energy produced by water in the cells helps transmit deep nerve impulses. The water content in the body affects the function of various proteins as well as the enzymes dissolved in them. Lack of water can cause dehydration.

Water is the source of life for sentient beings. Our body contains a lot of water about 70% of our body weight contain water, water is in the vital organs in our body like brain, lungs and blood including digestive system etc. Even the earth is most of its compound is water.
