Ikan Sambalado
Ikan mutlak diperlukan sebagai lauk waktu memakan nasi bagi sebagian besar orang. Untuk menggunggah selera makan dan supaya tidak bosan ikan perlu dimasak dengan berbagai variasi.
Misalnya saja yang lazim kita jumpai ikan di goreng dan di campurkan dengan sambalado. Bikin ngiler... Hehe..
Memasaknya cukup simple ikan tinggal di goreng dan dibuat sambal dari bahan cabe merah, tomat dan bawang, kemudian ketika dicampurkan dech jadi satu.
