Hey Game Lovers,

Another week passed by and this season is also approaching to the end. As time passed by and getting closer to end, battle hotness is increasing and even the level of competition is also going up because everyone wants to enter in the best league possible. After all, a better rank is always more rewarding and at the end of the season, we all get excited to unfold the reward cards.

I am back again with my this week's post about Splinterlands Weekly Curation Challenge and I am going to talk about this week's journey of @Splinterlands

As always I will share the updates about my weekly gaming journey along with what exciting happened on the platform and even what splinterlands team has announced. I am about to complete 2 months on this platform but I must there is lots of action every week and I never have seen any game platform like this before. It shows how much team is passionate about it and even they have amazing players who are enjoying the fun. Team and users both are important to take it further and if one is not enthusiastic then another will not have much interest and things will not move faster towards betterment.

The team is working so hard on various things like- development, new functionality addition, and engagement with community members and much more. I know that its not easy to manage all but thats what makes splinterlands team awesome. I want to thank this lovely team for all the hard work that they are doing for the betterment of the platform and community.

This is my current level and ranking on the game and 2 days are still left which I think would enough for me to take to Gold 1 level at least. I ended up the last season with same level (Gold 1) and this time I am aiming to have Gold 1 at least and will also aiming to have a place in the diamond league. I know thats not easy but I am confident because my growth here has been amazing so far and nothing is impossible provided adequate efforts are given to the task.

Card Addition

Having better cards makes the game awesome and I have already started adding more cards to my portfolio. Last week I had purchased UNTAMED Packs and some other cards and including Maggots. I did buy Maggots because it was a requirement for battle share and this is so nice card which masters in hitting the opponent cards.

This week I bought ELVEN MYSTIC which is a rare card from a neutral monster. Earlier I was focused on only water team and did buy many cards to make that stronger but now I have changed my strategy a bit. I want all my teams to have powerful cards and the initial focus is on Summoner cards. Once I get better Summoners then will work on Monster's level. So I have quite long term plans already in place and will keep on working on the same.

Elven Mystic - This is a very good card and since it comes from the neutral team so I can use it with any splinter battle. It keeps on hitting nicely but its important to save it from the opponent card's hit and I always use it in mid of my team so that I get less hit and more it can give which will damager other teams.

My Untamed Edition Neutral Card Collection

Untamed is the latest edition of cards after rewards and this is my neutral team in this edition. This is not as big as of now but in the coming weeks, I will have more cards. I am not sure whether you have noticed or not but I like the graphics of this new edition and all the cards from the new collection are so vibrant in color and smooth for eyes.

I could not explore any other game because I spend all my spare time to play more battles so that I can unlock a better league. Since I battle a lot so my capture is always below 60% and in fact 2 days back it was about 40%. I don't know what percentage of the minimum capture rate should be maintained but I don't look at it much because I just enjoy the fun of gaming and that means a lot to me.

Credits Introduced by Splinterlands

This week, splitterlands team has shared the announcement post that they are going to launch credit on the platform effective March 2nd, at around 12 PM EST.

Credits are merely a convenience token to facilitate the types of transactions described above, very similar to the in-game currencies in the majority of traditional games with which we are all familiar.

This looks exciting to me because this is not going to replace DEC instead it gives us more flexibility to perform purchase in the platform with easy and we can also buy these credits using crypto and PayPal etc at the rate of 1$=1000 credits.

Another Domain (.com) Acquired

One more good thing thats shared by the team in their post that they have got https://splinterlands.com/ and previous one is intact ending with (.io) which is mostly known for the crypto community. Basically .com domain is very popular and people go with it by default unless mentioned so now there will be no confusion at all. We can use any of the one and it will take us to same page.
