The Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve is located at the confluence of the Danube and the Black Sea, Romania . The Danube, the second largest river on the continent after the Volga, has created one of the most beautiful Deltas in Europe during the last 16,000 years on its confluence into the Black Sea.
