"Smokers are liable to die young" true or false? This is true. My problem is, why do people keep smoking even when knowing the results it'll yield? Smokers may not die instantly after smoking maybe that's what makes them think it's not bad not knowing it has a very had effect on their health. Smoking causes heart disease which can lead to untimely death.

Smoking can simply be defined as taking in smoke originated by burning substances such as cigarettes, weed and tobacco. These substances they take into their body all in the name of smoking contains harmful chemical which leads to health issues like cancer and lungs damage.

I've seen so many people who indulge in smoking activities. Teenagers nowadays don't feel comfortable if they don't take a drag of burn substances everyday. I was surprised seeing a boy of 15years old smoking weed at our workplace and this is occuring everyday around the world.

Smoking is very harmful to our health because those toxic chemicals or substances we take into the body can lead to death. There are numerous risks and dangers associated with smoking, i'll mention just three.

• Cancer risk
  Smoking can lead to cancer such as lungs cancer, mouth, bladder and many more. So many people with cancer of the bladder gets this deathly disease because of smoking. The report from most of the doctors says so.

• Pregnancy risk
  Do you know that pregnant women smoke? Yes they do. Pregnant women that smoke do give birth to premature babies. Even when they baby is born, they'll be developing some sickness from time to time.

• Aged skin
  Teenagers who smoke do have the skin of a aged person. Those without this skin do treat their skin regularly with skin care products which will cost them so much money every week.

One of the reasons people might start smoking even though they know it's harmful is peer pressure. Most teenagers turn smokers because they see their friends do so. Bad company or joining any occultic group can push one to start smoking.

I know so many people that smokes and they make it this affect them very badly. They get addicted to smoking making them spend money unnecessarily. Most of them fall into unnecessary debts just to smoke in a day. Those around them keep receiving bad news and report everyday, it's very bad.

I encouraged one guy to quit smoking last year. His parents tried everything possible to make him quit smoking but to no avail. When i visited him i raed 2Corinthians 7:1.

This portion of the bible helped the young boy. He come to know that being clean is not just wearing clean clothes and the rest, but to be clean deep inside our body. He quit smoking because he knew that stains his heart making his relationship with God not strong. This same Bible portion can also help people who are planning to start smoking.
