STRAWBERRY PUFFS - VIDEO
Perfect for Valentine's Day—or any day you want to show your family you love them—these Strawberry Heart Pillows are drizzled with melted chocolate. Fresh cream and strawberries in a crunchy puff pastry layer. This is a really cute and yummy dessert that you can whip up for Valentines or any occasion. This is a new take on strawberries with puff pastry.
Ingredients :
1 sheet of puff pastry
• 1 Egg or melted butter ( for eggwash - your choice what you use)
• 1-2 tbsp of caster sugar
• 1/2 cup of Crème fraiche ( you can also use whipped cream)
1-2 tbsp of icing sugar
• 1 cup OR 150 g Strawberries
• 1/2 cup OR 50 gr plain chocolate
