CHILLI CHEESE BITES (NEW RECIPE)
CHILLI CHEESE BITES
These chilli cheese balls are so amazing! Crispy outside with gooey cheese oozing out is a dream come true for cheese lovers. This is a perfect hot snack for those who love cheese.
This is one of my favorite dishes of all time! The cheese just oozes out when you cut into each cheese ball, it has the perfect crunch and slight chilli tang to compliment the whole dish. Try out this super easy fried cheese ball recipe and indulge yourself to that little sin.

Ingredients
250 gr of Camembert cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp of chilli oil
Sunflower or vegetable oil
Breadcrumbs
Directions
Step 1 : Place eggs with chilli into one bowl and breadcrumbs into separate bowl.
Step 2 : Cut the cheese into small sizes.
Step 3 : Take each piece of cheese, dip into the chilli egg mixture, then into the breadcrumbs, back into the egg and breadcrumbs. You need to double coat them.
Step 4 : Heat your pan and then fill it with oil half way and place your cheese balls. Fry them for 2-3 min. Once they are brown, turn them around, you don't want any cheese oozing out.
Step 5 : Once they are done, place them on a plate with paper towels. It is a good way to get rid of any excess oil. Step 6 : Serve with more chilli sauce.
All picures are mine and original!
Lots of love,
