HEALTHY SERIES | DINNER | PRAWNS & GREEN BEANS | VIDEO
Green Bean and Prawn salad is so delicious, light and packed with many nutrients. This is a really simple salad recipe to prepare. It is Refreshing, Light and Crunchy. A good alternative to sandwiches for your lunch at work. Beans are also delicious this time of year. Just add a simple lemon dressing. Green bean and prawn salad is a tasty dish you can serve warm in winter and cold in summer. It's suitable for seafood lovers and children. You can make it with fresh or frozen prawns and prepare some hours ahead.
Ingredients :
1/4 of red bell pepper
150 gr or 1 cup of prawns
1/3 lemon ( using it for juice)
8 raw almonds
1 clove of garlic
100 gr or 1 cup of green beans
1 tsp olive oil ( optional)
1 tsp chilly ( optional)
Directions
Step 1: Add 1 cup/250 ml of water into your pan and saute your green bean for 5-10 min
Step 2 : Chop your pepper into small bite size pieces.
Step 3 : In a new pan, place some olive oil or cooking spray and add your garlic, then add your prawns and almonds. Cook for 3-5 min.
Step 4 : In a large bowl combine everything together, squeeze 1/3 of the lemon, season well and serve.
