What Are My Expectation from Steem Representatives

Hi, I'm Aliyah and I'm happy to participate in this contest organised by Hind Whale Community and @shravana brother, and as I'm doing always I will put my opinion straight what I think of this.

What I'm expecting from your Steem Representatives.

First of all I expect good behaviour and responsiveness, without being irritated. Because I seen that many representative selected on the basis of their reputation and sp power, but by that you can't judge a person's actual behaviour, maybe they don't have any conflict in past as well, but that doesn't mean there behaviour is same with all or responsive. Mostly newbies like me when join the platform they have a lot of questions and all they will ask questions again and again and again. Also understanding process of each person is different. So, it is the duty of steem representative to understand this thing and to help the user with good behaviour and responsiveness.

Second, to create innovative projects from time to time which will guide and encourage newbies to be active in the platform. There are many representatives who did this type of thing but there are many also who didn't do anything except reporting , they just selected because of reputation and SP. And also there are another type of people who became egoistic after getting the position as well.

Your questions to Steem Representatives and Which help you need from Steem Representaives.

Currently I have no doubt or I didn't explored a new thing on steemit to ask on, but when I will get one I will surely ask them. But I will prefer the one who understand me more but I think currently and sadly I think there are no representative available from India.

Your major doubt in Steemit. Do you need tutorial post for your doubts (you can also mention representaive to clear your doubt) ?

Well, I think if someone completes all his/her achievement post carefully then he/she doesn't need any tutorial post because in the newcomers community all types of tutorial posts are available already. But still there can be doubt and a easy to understand tutorial post will be a better option.

Hmm, regarding this I can say that except the some evil ones there still many kind hearted representatives present and they are helping us happily and I like that except that they are also creating good activities to encourage us.

In conclusion, simply I want to say that becoming steem representative is like getting a responsiblity to moving the platform forward by creating different projects with unique ideas, which will guide and encourage the new users as well as to be helpful towards the other users as well. But some seeing this position from the point of power and big votes only rather than be a responsibility and that should not be done, and those type of people should be removed with asap.
