Our seasonal vegetable

How are you lovely friends of steem for Pakistan? I hope you are all be fine friends. I am good friends by the Mercy of Allah. I am here to participate in the beautiful seasonal vegetable contest and It is held by respected @ahsansharif. I am very thankful to you sir for this beautiful contest . So friends I am going to share with you my favourite vegetable.

My favourite one season is summer from 4 seasons. I am very 😊 because now summer season is in Pakistan. I am fully enjoying that summer season. In summer season the wind is full fill with the sweet and charming scent of beautiful, attractive blooming flowers 💐 . The eye catching and wonderful Flowers are blooming with vibrant colour in summer. It is warmest season and bring a freedom sign people's.The people's often planned a vacations for enjoying in this season.

Unforgettable sweet memories with family and with beloved friends. The summer is some where with the most rain and some where it is very dry. It is Very suitable season for farmers to prepare for their cultivation, and we get many seasonal fruits and vegetables in summer. The duration of summer season is June to august.

There are most popular and famous summer vegetables are commonly available in market in this season. Vegetables are very beneficial for our health and play a important role for healthy life.These vegetables are Okra (bhindi), cucumber (kheera), tomato (tamatar), bottle gourd (lauki), bitter gourd (karela), round gourd (tinda), brinjal (baingan).
These vegetables are more in detailed below 👇,

A Okra is a very common vegetable known as lady finger, It is little slimy texture and It is often used in home making curries and stir-fries.

Cucumber 🥒 is a hydrating vegetable, and It is mostly used in salads or as a side dish.

Tomatoes 🍅 is a versatile vegetable. It is used in various dishes, including curries, salads, and sauces.

Lauki is a mild-flavored vegetable and It is often used in home making curries.

Karela is Known due to its very bitter taste, it is a nutritional vegetable and often used in stews and stir-fries.

Tinda is a small and round shape vegetable with a mild flavor. It is often eaten raw or used in home cooking curries.

Baingan 🍆 is also known as eggplant vegetable , it is a popular summer vegetable and used in various dishes, including curries, and pakora recipe.

I like Okra and Cucumber vegetables from summer vegetables. The okra(lady finger) is a nutritional vegetable mostly used in home cooking curries. I like Okra due to its very delicious taste if the okra prepared with a spicy recipe in home curries.Okra have a unique texture and flavor. It is often used in soups recipe. Okra vegetable rich in vitamin A and C, fiber.

It is a thickener used in dishes like gumbo. Okra become very soft, slimy when it is cooked.Okra have many health benefits. Bhindi is also known as lady finger vegetable . I also like cucumber vegetable. It is not cooked. It is mostly used in salad 🥗. I like cucumber due to its delicious taste. Mostly I eat a cucumber when I feel hungry 🤤. It contains vitamin C and it is used for skin care health. I don't like bottle gourd (lauki), bitter gourd (karela), round gourd (tinda) due to its little mild and bitter taste no other reason of dislike these vegetables.
