Wechat app is equipped with an authentication system

The Chinese company Tencent, in collaboration with the Chinese government, equipped the Wechat application with an authentication system.

On Monday, Guangzhou Governors in China provided the first wechat identity cards software package. The program will allow citizens to authenticate through Face Detection Technology, according to the Shinva news agency. The program is scheduled to be operational all over China next month.
