Mushroom Fried Rice With Chinese Masalas Made By Foody Points

Mushrooms and rice go along fantastically during this Thai formula for Chinese fried rice. Ingredients

4 to five cups rice (cooked)

6-7 mushrooms (shiitake or another kind, sliced)

1/3 celery stalk (thinly sliced)

1/2 pepper (yellow, diced)

1/4 cup peas (frozen)

1 egg (vegans omit)

2 inexperienced onions (sliced)

1 handful basil (fresh or coriander)

2 tablespoons oil

For Stir-Fry Sauce:

4 tablespoons vegetable stock

2 tablespoons soy

1 tablespoon duck sauce

1/2 teaspoon sugar (brown)

How To Cook

Combine 'stir-fry sauce' ingredients along during a cup, stirring well to dissolve sugar. Set aside.

Heat massive pan or cooking pan over medium-high heat. Drizzle in oil and add the shallot. Stir-fry one minute, then add the chili and mushrooms. Stir-fry a pair of minutes, till mushrooms have softened. Add a bit preparation wine as you visit keep pan wet.

Add celery and yellow pepper and continue stir-frying one a lot of minute.

Add rice and 1/4 of the stir-fry sauce, stir-frying everything along.

Push ingredients aside to form a transparent house within the center of the pan. Drizzle during a very little a lot of oil so crack within the egg. Quickly scramble, bit by bit incorporating into the rice.
