Calendar leaves fall one by one, the shadow of the sunny summer days. It's time to start active, promise to start going around in the morning and on and on, but for now promises remain promises, I propose to see the ocean from the other side.

The sea is not just a cherished holiday, the seagulls and soft waves, it's an element beyond our control. The sea, alert and mysterious, excites a glimpse of souls in storms and black waters. Marcus Larson greatly conveyed these feelings in his works.

In 1855, the painter moved again, this time the end point of the route to Paris. Here Marcus Larson works for glory for three years.

Not long delayed in the French capital, the marine painter traveled throughout Norway in search of inspiration and interesting plots. And in 1858 he returned to his homeland.
