It's time to start thinging about New Years resolutions.
So it's that time of the year again when we think of new beginings and how we will change our life in the coming year. It's the time when we decide to put pressure on ourselves, usually about losing weight or being more healthy.
Usually we always fail.
We set targets we never meet and before the end of the first month our resolutions are broken.
Well 3 years ago I set myself a resolution that I kept for longer than that, infact it's one I still uphold. I set myself a single New Years resolution and kept it,
I vowed I'd not go to the gym and 3 years later I've still not broken on it.
I live my life, I don't worry about losing weight or being healthy. I don't put pressure on myself to do strange things like pay money to run on a machine rather than walking through the countryside.
I made a resolution I could keep and not feel bad about breaking.
Try it this year, make a resolution you can keep, one that isn't about punishing your lifestyle but about enjoying your life, one you can keep and make you feel better about yourself for keeping it.

But is the typo a thing or a typo thing?
