Easy French onion Soup.
Today from the kitchen of Alienbutt I bring you a very easy french onion soup. In fact the hardest part will be not crying as you chop up the onions.
So what you need:
4 onions.
Course grain French mustard.
Beef stock cubes.
Peel and chop up the onions, it can be a fine or as course as you like.
Put a spash of oil, a bit of butter and a spoon full of mustard in a large pan.
Add the onions to the pan and heat them through so they start to wilt and go soft.
Make up your stock (About 1.5 litres) and add it to the pan. Then go back to looking at steemit it while the soup is left to simmer for half an hour or so.
That's it, job done and it's ready to eat. (You can season to taste with salt and pepper.)
Thanks for reading and if you make the soup hope you enjoy it.
