I keep a cold cloth around my neck. Soaking my feet would not work well because I am up and down way too much. But it sounds good for when I am done. :-)

I hear you...I do it as a walk by, dunk the feet, wait until I feel the head tingle...then step on the towel to dry...and keep going. I am usually indoors working, so it seems to work. Sometime next summer we will replace the AC here...but this year is fridge and water heater.
Next year I am definitely getting a portable A/C unit for the basement, LOL. You would think my basement would be cooler than it is, but not when it gets so darn hot outside. Plus I just don't tolerate the heat like I did when I was younger. Oh well, life is good and we keep doing the best we can. :-)
