Bitcoin Price Surges Above $8500
Yesterday bitcoin price was below $8300 for large part of the day but today it surpassed the value of $8500. Yesterday price dipped below $8000 but it was for a short time and then after some time there was a pump above $8300. The increase in price was predicted by South Korean exchange where it was traded above $8450.
Now the price is around $8600 and it is gaining pace towards as we all knows $9000. Chances for Bitcoin Price to end the year at $10000 have now increased. This month when Segwit2x software upgrade was cancelled so price dipped very quickly and no one expected that price will pump again but community showed confidence in Bitcoin and it gained its price of $7800 very quickly. As a result of this confidence shown by community more buyers are coming into society.
Many countries of the world are now thinking about regulating the bitcoin. If we look at other rival currencies like bitcoin cash and Ethereum we will be surprised by the fact that they are also pumping very fast and Ethereum has even broke its previous all time high and it will reach $500 soon.
The price of Bitcoin seems to be driven by positive news, such as the announcement of the CME Group, which will offer futures contracts on cryptocurrency next month, that of Square, which will soon allow purchases of digital currency through its Square Cash application, or the statement of the Hyosung Group, which announced that its vending machines would soon allow to buy virtual currencies.
We can also mention the intentions of JPMorgan Chase, who would like to offer its customers the opportunity to speculate on the value of Bitcoin - even if its CEO, Jamie Dimon, had recently said that it was a "fraud".
At the same time, all the crypto-currencies of the "top 10" have increased over the last 24 hours - with the exception of Bitcoin Cash, slightly down.
