Effective headache and migraine prevention

Hello steemians, I hope that everyone feels good today. My topic for now is about headache and migraine. Did you already experience a pain in your head? I'm sure you did. Almost all of us already felt that pain inside our brain like there is something that breaking our head. There are several types of this pain. Dizziness, Headache and Migraine.

Most of us cant identify the difference between headache, migraine and dizziness. Let me explain it to you.

When the pain in your head is near your forehead and eyebrows, it is called headache. While migraine hit the pain on top and back of your head. But why do we fell this pain?

There are several experiment and explanations done by professionals. They have different explanation about it. I also do research on this topic and found the main reason why we fell this pain inside our head?

Lets do the explanation. Our body is compose of 70% liquid or water. Many doctors advised all people to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Each glass should be 340ml. Only 9 percent of the entire population drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water everyday.

If not, then I advised you to do it. Here is the reason why. Our body has 70% liquid or water. Everytime you breathe, you speak, you sweat, you walk, run, etc, you are releasing water. The 70% water in your body will decreased slowly. Take note, the water level in your body must be atleast 70%.

If the water level in your body is below 70 percent, your body will become acidic. And if your body is acidic, You are very prone to any decease.

Your blood will become more thicker when your body is acidic. Now lets apply the law of gravity. The position of the head is always facing top even you are just seting. When our blood is thicker, our body will be having a difficult time to circulate the blood on the top of our body which is the head.

When the circulation of blood in our head is slowly, it will bring dizziness. The blood vessels of our brain will be having a hard time to circulate the blood in your head.

When the vessel is having a hard time, then you will gonna feel the pain inside your head. So, when you feel pain in your head, just drink lot of water. No need to take a medicine. Just drink 8 glasses of water everyday. Always replenished your body with water and regularly check your doctor.

I need to share this with my sister-in-law. She gets migraines on a regular basis.

That was a very informative post. Didnt know that such a trivial thing as drinking lots of water helps a lot :) Maybe this help help my headaches when I use the computer for long periods of time.
