Friends, hope you all are happy and healthy. In this busy life, we often forget to take care of ourselves, but friends, we all know that no one can take care of us better than us. Hardly anyone will love us as much as we love ourselves, but whatever is ours is ours only and we can love it the most. Therefore, in this busy life, take care of yourself and keep exercising and stay healthy.

Friends, I woke up early in the morning today because I was feeling that today's work was going to be busy, so I woke up early in the morning. I brushed my teeth and took a hot bath. Then I had tea and breakfast and was looking at the posts of all the users on Steam. After some time I got a call that my friend's father's vitals were not well. Bradycardia is occurring and the Glasgow Coma Scale score is very low. I immediately changed my clothes and left to go to the hospital.

I had told you about this in an earlier post that my friend's father has blood infection and Candida tropicalis has been found in the blood. He was on ventilator and I knew that he was not going to stay with us for much longer and I had also told this to my friend. My friend was not ready to move away from her father. I went to the hospital and saw the patient and found that his time was almost at hand. We couldn't do anything even if we wanted to. Within a short time he had a cardiac arrest and we tried to save him. We gave CPR but even after giving 8 cycles of CPR, we did not get return of spontaneous circulation.

My friend was crying a lot after hearing about her father's death. My friend had no brother, so I was like a brother to her. I tried everything from my side so that they don't have to worry. I gave courage to my friend and took care of him till the funeral ceremony. When I was visiting the cemetery, I saw the graves of everyone from small children to old people and I remember that today everyone searches for peace in the world but only the dead are sleeping peacefully. So do whatever work you have to do in this world. This world is not for resting but for doing something, to show your efforts and to please your Lord. Hard work is the purpose of this world and without hard work nothing can happen.

Then I went to the hospital again and took rounds to inquire about the health of the patients. I was feeling hungry but till the evening I did not realize that I was hungry. I had some breakfast in the canteen and then came home. After coming home, I freshened up and drank hot tea and then went out with my friends for some time. So this is how my day was today.
