Activities of the day #27 April, 2022 #17

I hope you all will be happy and healthy. The summer season is as if it is raining fire on the people. Sometimes I don't even feel like going from home to hospital duty. I read your diary all of you every day, so every day I learn something from all of you. I hope that all of you must also read my diary, so let's move forward in today's diary.

Friends, today I did not have official hospital duty. Today I had to go to an outside hospital for the survey. Today I was given the task of auditing another hospital from my in-charge. Although every day I have to do duty in the emergency department in my hospital, today I got an order from the management for the hospital outside. Because of this, I went to another hospital today. I had an order from the hospital to go for the audit of a mental hospital which is located in Vadodara and is 6 kms away from my hospital.

Woke up today at 8 in the morning. After getting up, I brushed and took a bath with hot water. I woke up late today because today I had to go on evening duty like every day. But suddenly my in-charge got a call and said that if you have to go for an audit today, I was ready wearing new formals. He went to his hospital from here at around 10 o'clock and was the first to report to his in-charge. The in-charge had arranged for a car from the hospital. I had to go reporting with my 4 staff, so we all went in the same car.

As soon as we left the hospital, we reached the mental hospital in 20 minutes. Then we audited the hospital for some time. We also met some mental people. We also talked to people suffering from mental illness and also talked to doctors about their condition. Then we also audited the structure of the hospital. It was a government hospital but provided the same facilities as a private hospital.

When we talked with the patients of the hospital, then we thought that now we should audit the hospital building as well, but the staff of the management of the hospital said that you guys eat something and then do the audit. So we had lunch at the same place. In the hospital, the manager had made us masala samosa and masala potato.

After having dinner, we went out for the audit of the building in the hospital. Although I have come here many times still, as an auditor, I have to give this audit by doing. We saw in the audit that the building there is still very strong and that the garden is very beautiful. The gardener used to give water to the flower and to the whole grenade on his own time every day. So we liked the whole hospital very much and the management there was also very good. Then from that, we left to go to the hospital at 5 o'clock. Then I had given the audit report to the hand of the in-charge and left to go to my home.

In the evening it was time for fasting, so the mother had quickly served the food on a big platter. In no time we all had dinner together. Then after having dinner, he went for a walk for some time. Then after coming back, I studied for some time. So today my day went something like this.
