Stir-Fried Bamboo Shoots
Ingredients:
- Bamboo Shoots (1/2 pound)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Ginger (1 teaspoon, minced)
- Soy Sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Sugar (1 teaspoon)
- Vegetable Oil (2 tablespoons)
Instructions:
- Peel and slice the Bamboo Shoots into thin strips.
- Heat the Vegetable Oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the Garlic and Ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the Bamboo Shoots and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the Soy Sauce and Sugar and stir-fry for an additional minute.
- Serve hot.

- 竹笋(半磅)
- 大蒜(2瓣,切碎)
- 姜(1茶匙,切碎)
- 酱油(2汤匙)
