Snowy trip home
Hello,
I like winter. I like the winter especially when I do not have to get somewhere fast.
Now, I took extra time to get home for a number of reasons. First, the safety and second, to enjoy the journey.
Because of the heavy snowfall, the roads were covered. Until the next motorway I had to drive about 50 km through the forest. Almost nobody on the way. So I could stop in the middle of the way to look at the snow-covered forest.
In normal everyday life I do not like it when I have to drive through the snow. I often have to press the accelerator pedal and it often happens that I feel a small slide.
I wish we had snow at Christmas. Christmas with snow where you sit at home with your family is the perfect feeling.

ich mag den Winter. Ich mag den Winter insbesonders wenn ich nicht irgendwo schnell ankommen muss.
Diesmal, habe ich mir für den Weg nach Hause extra Zeit gelassen aus mehreren Gründe. Erstens die Sicherheit und zweitens um die Reise zu genießen.
Wegen dem starken Schneefall waren die Straßen bedeckt. Bis zur nächsten Autobahn musste ich ungefähr 50 km durch den Wald fahren. Fast niemand auf dem Weg. So konnte ich mitten auf dem Weg stoppen um mir den von Schnee bedeckten Wald anzuschauen.
Im normalen Alltag mag ich es nicht wenn ich durchs Schnee gebiete fahren muss. Da muss ich öfters auf Gaspedal drücken und es passiert oft das ich ein kleinen Rutscher spüre.
Ich wünsche mir das wir Schnee am Weihnachten haben. Weihnachten mit Schnee wo man Zuhause zusammen mit der Familie sitzt ist das perfekte Gefühl.

You need to get out of Bucharest and head a little North. There are still some forests which are not cut down yet. 😉

I am so jealous on your snow. We only have snowflakes in UK, never enough snow to make a beautiful picture like yours 🤩 I have to go to ski to enjoy something similar :))

UK is famous for almost constant rainy weather. Has other perks I think. An advantage to go to other countries to sky is that you disconnect from all. Work, daily life and just enjoy the pure awesomeness. 😀
