Hello,

Today is time for #MondayTrance the #tag started by @andyjaypowell. I would like to introduce a DJ from Canada, to be more precise from Niagara Falls. It is deadmau5, Joel Thomas Zimmerman by his real name. Its special feature is the appearance with the mouse mask on his head. It is always a different mask.

Already from his teenage years he was enthusiastic about music and technology. He has learned programming and uses it as well. His scene name comes from a dead mouse he found in his computer.

His first song was rediscovered in 2012, but was produced in 1995:

heute ist wieder Zeit für #MondayTrance das #Tag gestartet von @andyjaypowell. Ich möchte ein DJ vorstellen das aus Kanada kommt, genauer gesagt aus Niagara Falls. Es handelt sich um deadmau5, das Joel Thomas Zimmerman mit seinem richtigen Name heißt. Sein besonderes Merkmal ist das auftreten mit der Maus Maske auf seinem Kopf. Es ist immer eine andere Maske.

Schon aus seiner Teenager Jahren war er von Musik und Technik begeistert. Er hat Programmieren gelernt und nutzt es auch. Sein Szenen Name kommt von einer toten Maus das er in seinem Computer gefunden hat.

The first album came out in 2005 and was called Get Scraped. The song Intelstat from the album contains parts of the song M01 Chant I Making of Cyborg from the Ghost in the Shell movie from 1995.

Shortly after the albums Vexillology and Project 56 came out in 2006. The special thing about Project 56 is that it contains 56 songs, as the name of the album already tells us. They are very short songs.

The shows at his concerts are full of light effects. Speaking of his concerts, one has to say that he broke down on stage in 2010 and the following concerts were played. He is fine now as you can see:

Die Shows bei seinen Konzerten sind voll von licht Effekten. Wenn man von seinen Konzerte spricht muss man sagen das er in 2010 auf der Bühne zusammen gebrochen ist und die folgende Konzerte wurden anuliert. Es geht ihm gut jetzt wie man sehen kann:

Besides music and computer, he loves fast cars. In 2014 he participated in the Gumball 3000 rally in his Purrari a Ferrari with the Nyan cat on it. Ferrari did not find it so funny and it came to a cease and desist letter from Ferrari. He then sold it and bought a Lamborghini Huracan where he sticked the same model of the Nyan cat. The car is now called Nyanborghini Purracan and he trolled Ferrari on twitter with it.

Außer Music und Computer liebt er schnelle Autos. In 2014 hat er beim Gumball 3000 Rally mitgemacht in seinem Purrari ein Ferrari mit der Nyan Katze drauf. Ferrari fand das nicht so lustig und es kam zur einer offiziellen Wortstellung von Ferrari. Er hat es danach verkauft und sich ein Lamborghini Huracan gekauft wo er das selbe Modell geklebt hat mit der Nyan Katze. Das Auto heißt jetzt Nyanborghini Purracan und er hat Ferrari getrollt damit auf twitter.
