Lifestyle challenge week #96 / Lifestyle Challenge Woche #96
Hello,
this week is over. Was again a full where I was traveling for 4 days. Just wanted to be 3, but it does not matter. Could thus do many things for the job. Have reached my annual target. It still needs a signature from the customer, and that should not be a problem.
I was only able to go to the gym three times this week where I trained my back, legs and chest. I have now put on average 5kg more. I train with high weight and few sets with few repetitions. The weight is set so high that I almost can not do the repetitions in the end. So the muscles are heavily loaded for faster growth.
I did not feed myself as wanted. I had to eat with the customer 3 times in the evening.
I took time for the main project. It is very much progressing. I hope I have survived the worst time and the trend is now positive.
On Steem it was as usual, trying to post daily and to play the games that bring profit. I try to keep this habi, even if it is hard sometimes.

diese Woche ist zu Ende. War wieder eine volle wo ich 4 Tage unterwegs war. Wollte nur 3 sein, aber es amcht nichts. Konnte somit viele Sachen für die Arbeit erledigen. Habe mein Jahresziel erreicht. Es fählt noch eine Unterschrift beim Kunden, und die sollte unproblematisch sein.
Ich konnte diese Woche nur 3 mal ins Fitnessstudio gehen wo ich den Rücken, die Beine und die Brust trainiert habe. Dafür habe ich jetzt im Durchschnitt 5kg mehr drauf gelegt. Ich trainiere mit hohem Gewicht und wenige Sätze mit wenige Wiederholungen. Das Gewicht ist so hoch angesetzt dass ich am Ende fast nicht die Wiederholungen schaffen kann. So werden die Muskeln sehr stark belastet für ein schnelleres Wachstum.
Ich habe mich nicht wie gewohlt ernährt. Musste wieder 3 mal am Abend mit dem Kunden essen.
