Greetings! We continue to work on attracting members to CryptoAcademy and that's great.
The main areas of work are work on the telegram group, tik-tok.
Telegram group
Telegram is the most popular way of communication among young people and business. This is a convenient way of communication, and therefore I am developing the telegram group as a way of communication between new members and me. The group allows you to answer questions, share experiences and opinions.
Tick tock
Tik-tok is currently one of the most popular social networks. Therefore, I continue to master this social network, filling my account with material about STEEMIT CryptoAcademy

New members
This week, thanks to all of the above activities, new members have been added. I understand that quality work with existing members is the key to their progress in exploring the platform and active participation in the life of the community.
And the key to quality work is overcoming the "ice wall" between new members and the community. At the moment, it is the first steps that are difficult for beginners. If I already manage to attract new members to the platform, but at the moment I do not have enough motivation to start the process of writing posts, and then continue it without leaving after the first posts.

Summary
Next week, I will continue to develop ways to attract new members - tik-tok and telegram groups, study materials from Crypto Academy and continue to work with existing members.
It is my challenge to break down the "glass wall" so that the contributors who are involved can be motivated to continue to actively participate in the STEEMIT community.

Приветствую! Продолжается работа над привлечением участников в CryptoAcademy и это замечательно.
Основные направления работы - работа над телеграмм группой, тик-ток.
Телеграмм группа
Телеграм наиболее популярный способ связи среди молодежи и бизнеса. Это удобный способ связи, и поэтому я развиваю именно телеграм группу как способ коммуникации между новыми участниками и мною. Группа позволяет отвечать на вопросы, обмениваться опытом и мнение.
Тик-ток
Тик-ток на данный момент одна из наиболее популярных социальных сетей. Поэтому я продолжаю осваивать эту соц-сеть наполняя аккаунт материалом о STEEMIT CryptoAcademy
Новые участники
На этой неделе благодаря всем перечисленным действиям добавились новые участники. Я понимаю, что качественная работа с существующими участниками является залогом их продвижения в изучении платформу и активному участнию в жизни сообщества.
И залогом для качественной работы явлется преодоления "ледяной стены" между новыми участниками и сообществом. На данный момент именно первые шаги даются новичкам с трудом. Если мне уже удается привлечь новых участников на платформу, но не хватает на данный момент мотивации начать процесс написания постов, а затем продолжить это, не бросив после первых постов.

Итоги
На следующей неделе я продолжу развивать способы привлечения новых участников - тик-ток и телеграм-групп, изучение материалов Crypto Academy и продолжу работу с уже существующими участниками.
Я ставлю перед собой задачу разрушить "стеклянную стену" чтобы участники, которые привлекаются, могли бы быть потивированы продолжать активно участвовать в сообществе STEEMIT.
