Introduction
If you're a type of person who one day looked at the window and see a daylight, then decided to click several links and then again looked at the window and see the same (but it was a next day) then this extension is definitely for you.
What is it:
It's a free open source extension for Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. It helps you to block the sites/web-apps you are wasting your time for.
You know: the ones that rhyme with ‘Blue Cube’, ‘Space Hook’, ‘Sticky Media’, ‘Quitter’, and the like.

I guess the name came from leeches (worm parasites with suckers).
It's full of tricks to remind you about your time-wasting behaviour.
You just need to specify the sites/web-apps you wanna block and time at which you wanna block them.
This extension provides you a huge amount of customization options (you can specify time periods, time limits etc.).

Due to lockdown feature you can block your "leeches" immediately for some time.
My opinion:
In my opinion this extension won't help you to find the reason of your time-wasting behaviour or resolve it. It just can inform you that you have a problem (actually a serious one) and should reconsider your life plans, behaviour ... and accept the fact that you have an addiction to social media or something.

I'm actually using something similar currently, but it doesn't do anything else besides blocking the websites I specify when the extension is activated. I think more people should use this kind of apps because many of can fall into YouTube rabbit holes and, if you do it once, you'll do it twice, that's for sure!

Great !!!!! A solution in increasing your productivity. This kind of extensions are simple yet effective on what they want to do.

If this is only available to desktop you are still vulnerable when you are using your phone to visit that website, obviously the extension has no power to your mobile phone.
