Raspberry Jam
Ingredients:
-1/2 kg of raspberries
-1 kg of sugar
-1 vanilla stick
-1 lemon
Method of preparation:
Prepare a syrup of sugar, vanilla and lemon to which you add 750 ml of water. Let the syrup boil well until it is consistent and then add the raspberries stirring gently to not crumble. When the raspberries boil, close the fire and remove the foam. Wait to cool and put it in jars in the pantry.
Nice recipe and jam looks soo yummy.
