Greetings and welcome to my blog. Daily routines are the things we carry out on daily basis and they are very crucial to our living. We have daily routines for different areas of our lives and today am talking about my daily routines for my health. I’d like to invite @eliany @josepha and @ruthjoe to join in this contest.

What is your daily routine when you wake up, what products do you use and what function does each of them fulfill?

Everyday comes with a lot of things to do and routines . When I wake up, my first health routine is to brush my mouth. Mouth brushing is very important in our daily living as it helps to prevent mouth odour and aid in our communication. Imagine talking with someone who has a terrible mouth odour. There would definitely be a bridge in communication hence the need to brush daily and to avoid mouth sores and diseases.

I take my bath daily with my bathing soap and face soap. I actually have two different soaps I use for my body and when am done bathing, I dry my body and apply my body cream. My body cream is a very important part of my daily routine as it helps to keep my skin moisturized and healthy. My body cream is a mild cream that suits all body types and it doesn’t bleach.

I proceeded to apply my deodorant which is also a mild underarm deodorant which helps to reduce perspiration under the arm pit and avoid unpleasant smell which arises from sweating too much. It’s not expensive and serves the very purpose of usage. Its name is doobai.

I also have my body spray and perfume which serve same purpose but different usage. The body spray is used directly on the body and it has a very mild and beautiful smell while my perfume is used on the clothes. I apply both when am all dressed and ready to leave the house. It makes me smell nice and then add this confidence to my persona. I always love to leave the house wearing my body spray and perfume.

Do you consider that you take care of your personal hygiene? justify your answer.

Yes. Personal hygiene is very important in our everyday lives. If we take care of our hygiene, then our body will be in the right frame to work and function well. Personal hygiene helps to avoid diseases from attacking the body. If we do not adequately take care of our hygiene, we would become infected with some diseases which will I turn affect our health.

We can take care of our health through the daily things we do every day such as brushing, bathing, washing our clothes and cleaning the house. These things are very essential and they help to reduce the risk of health infections. That’s why we should take care of our health.

What is the cost on Steem of your hygiene products and how long will it take approximately to replenish them?

My price of my health products are kinda moderate. I do not go for the very expensive items and I do ad much as my budget can carry. They would take about four months to be replenished.

Do you think that to maintain good hygiene and/or appearance you need to spend a lot of money?

I am not an advocate of breaking the bank just because I want to maintain a good fashion and hygiene. I believe in doings what works for me and shopping for my hygiene and fashion items on budget. If what I want is on the high side, I would go for an alternative. There are always alternatives to most items now and they literally serve the same purpose.

In conclusion, hygiene is very important to our living and we should do all within our power to maintain a good hygiene.
