My First Ever Silver Coin
This coin and I have a very long history. It was the first ever coin I was given. I was about 7 years old when my parents gave this to me, and I was told to hold onto it. I liked the coin and couldn't stop looking at it. I had no idea what it was at the time, but I really liked it.
The capsule has some scratches on it, but if you take the coin out, it is mint fresh. Years after receiving this round, as well as a few more here and there, I learned more and more about silver investing. It sort of became an addiction, and whenever I got extra money, I would spend it on silver. This was the first coin that led me into my silver collecting hobby. It is not only a hobby to me, but an investment and a way to store wealth, and hopefully, profit off of it in the future when it isn't undervalued anymore.
Don't sell until we get past $50 at least.
Yeah. I have a feeling it should go higher, but around $50 was the highest it's been for a while.
I remember buying you that from Apmex :)
Canadian silver is some of the finest available.
Great coin, thanks for the post!
Nice piece I would not part with for a long time. It has value and sentimental value as well. Thanks for the post!
I remember the wildlife series. Cool coin and story
Great coin, great story. I have coins that were given to me by family and I don't know that I would sell those coins, even if prices skyrocketed. Stack on!
