This is an urgent message to the steemit family. We are headed for a brick wall. Save the steemit family and yourself!
Listen, this is honestly an urgent matter. If you truly care for steemit and want it to last, we need to work together to make it last.
As it is, the steemit rewards pool is getting smaller by the day, people are cashing out steem bucks, steem power, and steem.
That's why you have probably noticed that your posts have been geetting money and then the amount of money you get on your post drains slowly before payout, then by the time you get payout, you end up with %50 less money that the original amount you had when you first posted. So to help cure this, we as a family need to stop cashing SBD and steem power out. When you do so, you are shooting yourself in the foot, no to mention you are hurting others as well.

So what's the appropriate approach? If no one ever cashes out, then none of this is worth more than play money. By this post, if everyone cashes out then value drops significantly. What's the balance?
