More Studio Portraits w/ Various Styles
It's portrait time! Whooo!!!
Here's a few shots from my last session with several different style edits.
All shot on my Sony A7 Camera with the Sony 16-35mm F2.8 Lens.
My favorite is the first photo here. I'm really diggin the "grunge" badass look with the rich orange.
This "neon" look I've been playing around with for a bit. It's got a nice soft glow and a funky, but feminine feel.
Here's another "grungy" one with more yellows than orange. I tinted the glasses for fun. Does it look natural? Kind of a "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" feel.
And the last one here was more experimental in testing the limits of the edit. I like how she looks, but the blacks are too washed out and every time I darken the blacks it changes her look which I don't want. Suggestions? If you have any feedback or critiques for these, I'm all ears!
I wish I could offer you some advice but I'm a fake it till you make it kind of gal ; ) The 2nd one is by far my favourite not for the colours (which I love) but the way in which she sits in the frame. You could make it any colour and I'd like it, lol. As for the glasses... yep they look totally real to me!!
And number 4... I like it but yes agree it would be awesome if it was black but I would also try heavily cropping this one too... she's got an almost cuteness about her in this one...
