Hey, did you saw? Our community account @steemingcuration some days ago started paying delegators every day and maybe you are asking why?, well, let me explain it to you.

At the first we were doing monthly payments to delegators based on the benefactor and author rewards, but this month I have automated this process to do it everyday based on the curation rewards gained, it is not good? Specifically, delegators now are receiving a fraction of steem everyday that is based on the curation rewards, and delegated amount so as much you delegate much daily steem you will be receiving for that, i.e let me explain it.

Let’s suppose that the account receive 10 steem power as curation rewards in a day and we have 30,000 effective Steem Power in the account where there is 5 delegators.

• Delegator A just delegated 15,000 SP to the account.
• Delegator B just delegated 7,500 SP to the account.
• Delegator C, D and E just delegated 2,500 SP each one to the account.

The 10 steem gained will be distributed according to the percentage that you have delegated compared with the total SP delegated, on this case we can see:

• Delegator A has delegated 15,000 SP which represents 50% to the effective SP (30,000 SP) this means that Delegator A will receive 50% of the curation rewards gained, i.e 5.000 STEEM.
• Delegator B has delegated 7,500 SP, which represents 25% so, he will receive at least 2.5 STEEM.
• Our last 3 delegators delegated 2,500 SP each one which represents 8.3% so, the payment to them will be at least 0.83 STEEM.

As you can see as much percentage you domain here you will be receiving more STEEM, this rewards will fluctuate according with the curation rewards gained, so the amount can be different every day. The formula used here is something like that:

((delegated_amount*100/total_SP)*curation_rewards)/100

This process is automated, so we reduce the possibility to human fails, and offer a more efficient tool,
