Being isolated can be overwhelming. Especially when you are the mother of two daughters aged 5 and 8 in a small apartment in the city, where the biggest distraction is going out to parks, movies, theaters or taking a walk.

However, we are trying each one to spend time together, and to enjoy individual time as well. I spend my time drawing. I could do it all day.

We hope the virus does not spread violently in Caracas, which is already a breeding ground for any disease.

Here I share my first isolation illustration.

Estar aislado puede resultar agobiante. Especialmente cuando eres madre de dos hijas de 5 y 8 años en un pequeño apartamento en la ciudad, donde la mayor distracción consiste en salir a parques, cine, teatros o pasear.

Sin embargo, estamos intentando compartir en familia por ratos, y disfrutar tiempo individual también. Invierto mi tiempo en en dibujar. Podría hacerlo todo el día.

Esperemos el virus no se propague violentamente en Caracas, que ya de por si es un caldo de cultivo a cualquier enfermedad.

Acá les comparto mi primera ilustración de aislamiento.
