If someone is insecure enough to condescend you.
Tease you.
Or just annoy you in childish ways when he is comfortable.
He absolutely will betray the shit out of you when he is desperate.
Because he is that insecure.
Just something I believe in.
I've personally dealt with toxic friends who transited like that before. Yes, the word is toxic. I've fallen out with them since over the years.
So if you're around friends who annoy you in little ways, take heed, they may not be your friend at all. It could blow up one day in dramatic proportions when shit goes down.
And you're too old for dramatic nonsense.

Better to have one or two real friends. It's a term I choose very carefully now.
