Why are we still having hurricanes?

I don't know if you all can remember Nikolai Tesla, he invented a lot of what we use today.

In his old age, forgotten and penniless, Tesla was murdered by agents of the U.S. government in a seedy Manhattan hotel room, his papers confiscated and disappeared by the FBI. Tesla’s technology continues to be undisclosed to the public and instead is directed into black projects, like the Philadelphia Experiment, and HAARP.

Haarp is a machine that supposed be able to manipulate the weather.
The question is why are we still having hurricanes?

There is people living amongst us that don't care about nature and what nature has to do in order for it to fix itself. The reason being they are not organic Beings therefore they have no connection with nature.

When are we going to awaken to this falls illusion that we are living?

I remember people saying Katrina was man-made, a target hit. 911 a target hit, war after war, false flags (CNN) all these bs religions. They are connected.

2017 people trying to awakening to this madness that's been happening for years but these inorganic Being are trying to stop are awakening too.
